This is my Masters Thesis that I was required to complete for my MA in Kinesiology in 2004. Yoga immediately presented to me a mental and physical discipline that revealed what I like to refer to as, "ancient sport psychological techniques." That is, the practice itself allows for total absorption in the moment and an understanding of the process from which ease and effortlessness spawn in complimentary fashion. Presently, I have organized my experiences into a movement modality which I teach to athletes and teams throughout North America.
