MARCO BUSSAGLI degree in art history, is full professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, where he teaches Artistic Anatomy. Fellow at the Warburg and Courtauld Institute in London in 1989 and the British Library in London, taught Iconology for the course in History of Medieval and Modern Art at the University LUMSA in Palermo and Contemporary Art History at the Faculty of Architecture "La Sapienza" of Rome. He has written over two hundred publications including books, exhibition catalogues, of which he was curator, scientific textbooks, encyclopedic articles and others for high disclosure. and Maria Grazia Bernardini, between 2012 and 2015, he curated several exhibitions on M. C. Escher. His books have been translated into English, French, German, Polish, Russian, Japanese and Korean. His latest study is: The teeth of Michelangelo. An iconographic case, published by Medusa (2014). He wrote, with the presentation by Antonio Paolucci, a Guide to the Vatican Museums, Florence 2011. His last book is a great study about Jeronimus Bosch, published by Giunti Editorial Group in Florence in 2016.
