The AMS Press has published a seven-volume reprint, quarter-bound in leather, of the famous 1909 J.B. Bury edition of "The History of the Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire." This unabridged set has all of Gibbon's footnotes, the text is large and clear, and each of the seven volumes is manageable to carry around.
