Приносят ли пользу деньги от инвесторов?

Охохонюшки. Я такой весь типа западоид, с прогрессивными взглядами, типа с развитым критическим мышлением, с отличными софт-скиллами ну и в умеренном отрицании к хараму, и уважаю халяльное и кошерное. Я, фанат современных технологий и топлю за мир без войн и мир в достатке . И читая строки, просто офигеваешь.
Конечно, это не только в Африке. Это также и тут, под боком, когда западные инвестиции проходят через местное сито бюрократии, воровства и прочей коррупции. И в итоге получается такая вот неприятная вещь. Лично я обычно киваю на местных как на виновных. А запад что? Запад просто дает деньги.
Хотя пример ниже - отличная демонстрация про подлых капиталистов из советской пропаганды.

The town of 120,000 people is a dirt-poor, scruffy, jumbled ragtag of run-down houses and corrugated shacks. Fresh running water is scarce, but the nearby mines consume millions of litres a day. During sandstorms the wind blows particles from the debris around the mines into town. The industry is Arlit’s biggest employer, and despite health concerns a job there is valued. Greenpeace and other groups have done studies suggesting high levels of radiation in the area due to the spread of radioactive dust, leading to related illnesses. Areva denies such claims, saying they are based on ‘disinformation’. Hospitals in the town are owned by the company, and the population – whether employees or not – get free healthcare. The staff at the hospitals are also employed by the company, and senior management say there have been no cases of diseases linked to radiation at the mines. The French government points out that it has contributed $10 million to a fund aimed at helping African countries negotiate deals in the extractive industries.
